When we took our stuff out of storage there was 2 rats one alive and one dead. The roof insulation was falling and there was brown stuff coming out of it and it was all over my wedding stuff and pictures. These things can’t not be replaced

Johnnie BallYour rate increase are ridiculous one 10x30 > $210. Your customers are leaving in groves, consider charges the shrinking middle class can afford. Wealthy people will not use your storage facilities. Because of the excessive rent + insurance I'm forced to close 3 of 4 units this year. Consider your market!!! Valued customer in good standing since 2007.
