Will NEVER rent here again. My storage unit lock somehow has broken. I have to move everything out of my unit into another one. Even though I’m not at fault. Save your money and go somewhere else. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF SOMEONE BREAKING IN. Update: my unit was broken into, there’s several things missing. Important, EXPENSIVE things. The CAMERAS DO NOT WORK HERE. Literally could have been an inside job from employees. I was never contacted! Don’t rent here if you care about your stuff and don’t want it tampered with. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Highly disappointed with this company, staff, and place.

This is a horrible storage facility. The experience starts off with a trip to the office where you are immediately overpowered by the stench of cigarettte smoke that has permeated everything. If you sit on something...the smoke gets on your clothes. If you stay inside to conduct business, you smell like cigaretttes the rest of the day. It's horrible. The storage shed themselves are not in the best condition. The heavy steel doors have been allowed ro rust, and while painted red recently, the rusted and damaged doors were just painted over. The driveway and parking in front of the sheds is uneven and pools water up to three inches deep. Ever try unloaded or loading things in that? the ceilings are somewhat insulated...but has split and is full of mold. The facility has a rodent problem. Finally, I had two 10x 30 sheds for about 18 months. My rent was raised from $108 a month to $133 without notice during the time I was there. Little customer service even though this is a national company...not a locally owned place. If you value your property, put it in a clean, well-run facility...this isnt the place for you.
