This is my first year of working with Storage Facilities and I the experience I received from Erika at Extra Space 1883 In Brooklyn Center, MN was hands down the best customer service I have received. From the very first interaction of having to clean a unit out she called me and introduced her self in such a positive and professional manner. She was confident, polite and made the entire process seamless for me in order to make a payment and allow time to process cleaning the unit out. She was flexible understanding but above all, friendly. Erika even though she is very busy with running the facility, took time to visit and share laughs with me. She checked in to make sure I was ok, if I needed help, the whole nine! I cannot wait to come back and visit again. The facility itself was immaculately clean and very well kept. It is the first storage facility I think of when needing to do business with!

Erika, the store manager, made a strong impression on me during my first visit; not only is she bubbly & welcoming, but she seems to push hard for accommodations that fit the needs of her expansive client base. Moving items in and out is always seamless, the location is consistently clean, and there's a neighborly culture amongst renters that makes it easy to come back. I think I'm on 4 months now & I have 0 complaints!

Moosetastic Bombastic

We were in a bind and had to throw a piece of furniture out that was broken. Joanna was extremely helpful and let us throw it out into their dumpster. She even helped us lift it in there! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Brooklyn Center for all of your storage needs! They are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Joanna!

This facility has really gone down hill since May 2024. The times I have been there seen trash all over the parking lot the restrooms are gross trash in the halls and in the elevator. Didn't receive a move out conformation text from them until almost 2 weeks of moving out of the unit I rented which tells me whoever they have there now aren't doing even the bare min of a lock check. Not impressed at all with the DM and her inability to do her job when issues were brought to her attention cause now one doesn't even know if there items will be safe I would make sure your insurance covers your damages also since the DM insisted on the unit that had an obvious leak be put back up for people to rent

Excellent, clean, organized, secure and safe facility. Had a large unit on the 3rd floor and had no problems moving things in and out. Having the platform truck carts/dollies available was a huge help. Highly recommend
