The units are clean and very well maintained. Chris was always polite and helpful and willing to go beyond his duties. I once lost theykey to my lock and he cut the lock for me, so I was able to get into my unit. Another time my unit door wouldn't close properly and it turned out to be something going on with the door itself. They moved me to another unit (same size and price) and didn't rush me into having have my stuff moved the same day, within reason (I was able to get my stuff moved a day or to later). I definitely recommend this storage company 🙂.

Good prices and very informative when changes in price or maintenance is done. Good people running the show at the Sparta location. When the office closed at the Sparta office it made making a payment in person difficult when unable to drive myself to Cedar Springs but they’ve worked with me since I’ve been on disability from work.

I’ve stored my personal belongings at this facility for a couple of years now. Never had an issue. Easy peasy stress free.
