Company changes and prices increased without notice and nothing new available for the price increases to make sense so we got our stuff out. We rented a 10x15 @$50 a month which was doable then it went to $62 and then $75 in less than two months. Hey greedy company people stop it there was no reason to keep increasing prices for the same product.

Everything went very well. i had to call for help with the lock and the representative walked me through the process. she was very polite and patient with me. Thank you for all the help and the very clean storage unit.

National Storage took over the storage spot behind Reichert Engines on S. Gould Street sometime in 2024/25. I had been renting a unit there already since early 2020. I never had any problems getting in or out of the facility. The gate was maintained throughout my entire time there. Always functioned properly. At one time, I saw that the fencing had been compromised. On my next visit, it had been fixed. After clearing my unit, I called the office to tell them I was out. The exit process was simple, very quick, and no-hassle. The rep I spoke with was very professional.

Had little trouble with digital locks but other that that it was great
