5 Stars Master Mini Warehouse sets the bar high! The facility manager is professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find someone so personable in this industry; she treats you like family rather than just another customer. I wish more businesses had managers like her. Highly recommend for all your storage needs!!

I was charged for one of their locks but did not receive one, I had to buy my own. However, I never asked for a refund. The storage unit was what I wanted and primarily clean. Just a few spider webs. Did have spiders and more webs when I picked up my items, but that’s no one's fault. Very nice people in the office who help as much as they can. The lock issue is why I didn’t give 5 stars.

I had a good experience with this storage facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The unit was relatively affordable.Only didn't give 5 stars because it appears that some critters made their way into the unit, which i guess is inevitable for the length of time and it being an outside unit. The facility is pretty secured. Only other thing id mention is that the bulk of the units are not in the same location as the main office and the Google will only direct you to the office location. This made it a little tricky on the day I moved out after a few years of not going out there.

I rented a unit here for eight months, and the entire experience was a positive one. I don’t think I ever waited more than a few hours for a return phone call, and the staff were incredibly kind, clear, and helpful every single time. I would absolutely choose Master Mini Warehouse again.

I rented a unit here and ended up not needing it after a month. The team at this location was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process. During the tour, I noticed the cleanliness of the place and it didn’t smell like most Midwest units do (Musty)
