I had a great experience at the Public Storage on Hayes Road, and I want to specifically recognize Hisa and Sonja for their outstanding work. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with closing my unit and were very fair and transparent with the pricing. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, approachable, and always willing to help—not just me, but other customers as well. What really stood out was their attention to the facility itself. When they weren’t assisting customers, they were actively cleaning and making sure each floor was well-maintained, organized, and professional-looking. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing a clean, well-run environment. Thank you, Hisa and Sonjia, for making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location.

Update 1/29/26 We've been waiting for another unit near mine since the day we got the first one. Hisa knew this and when the one right next to mine opened up I just happened to be there that day. Both Hisa & Jodie were so very helpful in getting the unit for us at a great deal. They are both always so friendly, kind & helpful every time we have a question or need something. Sonja was wonderful! She explained everything we needed to know & answered all our questions. She was kind efficient, caring and pleasant to talk to. The customer service at this public storage was wonderful, much better than the other three public storages we went to. 🥰💜
