Absolutely amazing facility. I was in need of storage for some of my business supplies and materials. So thankful I was referred to Storage Rentals of America. I filled out all my info online prior, and when in person to sign the lease. Upon arrival, I was met with Dave, fantastic guy. He got everything ironed out for me and finished the paperwork that was left. Great, clean unit, and some great staff!

Issue: it was Sunday evening (6:30 pm) and I could not get the automatic gate (Harrison Site) to open so I could exit the site. I called Natasha, the associte at the Shelby Township site, and she was able to open the gate remotely from her location. Natasha did an amazing job! Next day she told me a work ticket was put in to service the automatic gate. I highly recommend the team at the Shelby Township site. In addition, Dave (Shelby twp site) has always been very helpful finding me other storage sites for my busines. Awesome team at Shelby Township site!

Natasha was absolutely phenomenal and came to help me cut my lock because I cant keep track of keys to save my life. She was a sweetheart, and this company in general has always had quick and accommodating response and customer care ❤️❤️

Natasha and Dave are extremely personable and upbeat people, and they always have time for their customers. As far as the facility, it is one of very few I have seen with an on site dumpster. The difference this makes shows in the cleanliness of the grounds. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Frogs was in my unit the 1st day I put stuff in it I left and came back and the people was no help they said it’s nothing they can do about something I’m scared about and that it’s outside so and said what did I expect.I told the lady that was very rude with me that I put my stuff in there to save my stuff from getting thrown out because I’m in the middle of moving the person didn’t care at all and the purpose of me renting a truck and putting it in their unit was to save it now my stuff is damaged and I have to get rid of everything(there is no office at this location)(you have to get out your car every time to open the gate when puttin in your pin because it’s awkwardly placed to where you can’t drive up)(I have talked to several people through this company and nothing was done but they made sure they took money off my card every month
