We were looking for a reasonable priced storage and found it at Citizens Storage. Very personable people to help you out with their services and supplies. Big shout out to Nancy who is the daily person who is very capable oh handling all your needs.

Not as impressed as previous owner at all…. our rates jumped $30 dollars the minute this owner took over. Uhaul rental trailers parked all over the front entrance that makes it very difficult for us to get our large trailer in and out , my husband had called to complain but still remains an issue. The only positive is we live in grand blanc so it’s close to our home.

I got to say Nancy was wonderful !! I got a great price. She was very informative. It was like dealing with the owner directly. I shopped around and the prices were great at the Grand Blanc location. She definitely went above and beyond.

Well I can only say if my life were to become as smooth as well as the woman that helped me. This Nancy is amazing when dealing in your storage needs. The most rip off storage unit ever. The keep raising rates. When a customer agrees to one rate it needs to stay at that rate. Over 100$ for a single parking spot for a vehicle is a rip off. Millinium storage 35$ a month for a vehicle... Not to mention you fall 30 days behind they are shutting off phone and online pay. Which isn't even legal. They don't notify you of any of this or late fees. They just do. The law requires correct notification.
