First time storage renter

I rented online on 0n 5/25/19 and went there on 5/26 rang the buzzer and when no one answered it came to me that it was a holiday weekend. As I was leaving I saw someone waving at me and the gate opened for me to get in. It was Jessica the manager. I was happy to see her and thought it was great she was working the long holiday weekend. She was great she got my check in done fast and showed me where my unit was. Probably took 15 minutes and I was done to enjoy my week end. Thanks Jessica

Mario went above and beyond. He offered quick solutions and recommendations to my logistically challenging situation today. Highly recommend Devon Self Storage, and my advice to management is a well deserved promotion for Mario! ****Note this review is based on the services I acquired. I did NOT rent with this facility. That being said, if you are considering this location for moving materials or a truck rental, 5/5 stars****

I would never recommend this place! Mario is a sweetheart but I wouldn’t give one star if it were an option. A past employee told me they constantly raise rates because they hope you can’t pay because they can then sell your items and make a profit. She said it’s sad they do this to people. They will constantly raise your rent. When they say call them to fix the raise again, they do NOT help you. My unit is $255!!!!!!!! They will only take advantage!

Do NOT rent from here! I’ve been renting here for over two years. The last year has been the worst! They’ve changed ownership and the new staff is awful. They are never in office like the hours posted, don’t return calls as promised. The icing on the cake, they’ve increased the rent twice this year and one increase was over 30%. I have units at their Division location. Absolutely horrible to deal with!
