Patrice & Nolan are very helpful and understanding. No one likes moving but they are considerate and do their job well. My partner and I have been renting for months with not many issues, until the past month when it has started snowing and getting icy out. They have not bothered to get anyone to plow, let alone lay down salt or ice melt. We need to make arrangements to move our furniture to our new place, but the lack of plowing makes this very difficult and dangerous. The rent has also increased twice within the last 6 months.

After closing a business, I needed storage to help with the transition of assets. I've utilized enough storage companies to know that management matters. With the right management, the building humidity levels are maintained, temperature controls are maintained, air quality stays fresh, odors are neutralized or prevented, pests are prevented, and all automatic functions work. Recently, I've noticed how smoothly everything is working at this location under Patrice's management.
