Solid 3 stars. The staff, when present in the office, are extremely helpful and nice. I think there’s only two people working so the staffing could be better for my convenience. The neighborhood/crowd around the area isn’t the best. I was notified upon moving into my unit that they often get “sleepers” in the facility which are the homeless coming in to sleep. There are cameras but I definitely only went in the daytime or with another person. The building was clean but I immediately removed my items because of the strong odor on my floor coupled with the various mouse traps set up. Though Shad explained the reason behind the traps, the overwhelming smell on my floor was concerning. It is possible there was a dropping in my unit so definitely get the insurance to protect your things. Overall, the experience was not awful, probably wouldn’t put my things back in any storage because im not a fan of storage units but it was useful for the 4 days I had the unit. Side note: after doing more research on other storage units, depending on how long you need the unit, there are some places, like U-Haul, that offer a free month! That would’ve been perfect for me.

I had a great experience with Extra Storage Space. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. Joanny was absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Joanny!

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. I met Shad, who was super friendly and helpful from the start. I wanted to see a unit in person before deciding which size would work best for me, and he had no problem showing me different options. He also let me know about the three months discounted units available at the moment. I really appreciated that he took his time to understand what I needed and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Excellent customer service!

Shawd runs a great business here. This is one of the most well organized units I’ve had. Shawd and his team work hard to make it that way. As a business owner I’m leaving this review because it needs to be recognized. I hope people take my review sincerely. Thankyou
