We switched from another storage company to prime. We couldn't be happier with the setting, quality and price. The only upsetting thing was I had to pay a late fee once even though it hadn't been locked that day yet. Other than that the employee that is always at the front desk is wonderful. She goes the extra mile for her customers and job.

This place was the cheapest and greatest that I found in the Northshore. Alicia, the manager of this location was helpful when I booked, and when I canceled my lease. She is a great lady, and is very helpful with whatever you need. Look no further, as for price, they were the cheapest and as for service, Alicia was the best. Climate Controlled, easy access, clean and convenient. They offer free use of their flatbed dollys for your needs.

I was a current customer of a prime storage unit in Salem and transferred to a more local unit in Beverly. I was met by Alicia and Richard, who assisted me in transferring everything over. Alicia was extremely helpful and looking through all my documentation to give me the best price and set the unit up for me and Richard was very courteous to show me how All the units run and the elevators. Excellent service very courteous and professional . I’m glad I stuck with them for my Storage needs.
