I accompanied a friend to the Extra Space Storage facility, and I was truly blown away by the level of customer service we received. You don’t see this kind of care and professionalism much these days. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a warm smile and made to feel genuinely valued. The facility itself was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which only added to the great experience. The staff member Shamia was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly. Even as someone who wasn’t the customer, I walked away impressed. This location sets the standard for exemplary customer service and truly makes you feel appreciated. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and easy storage access. All indoors with an easily accessible loading docks with enough room for 4 vehicles (2 on each bay). I will also suggest getting the insurance provided to cover all your self storage protection.
