Sabrina and Drew got us taken care of. We had so many issue getting to baltimore to get our storage cleaned out. They made it happen. Excellent customer service and accommodating to make this a one of a kind experience. Liberty Road Public Storage get a 10 star from me. Everybody know Im hard to please but they did all of that. We will back if we every need storage again. Love this

The Randallstown location, 21133 in the shopping center next to Food Lion. I had thee best experience with Public Storage ever. I was having difficulty booking my space and the the young lady in the office as well as the young man both went out there way to help me get situated from phone assistance to in person assistance and even hands on help. I was having the worse day and I was so overwhelmed and even exhausted. The young lady calmed me down with some kind words then proceeded to help me. By the time she and the young man were done I was all set. And happier then a cake loving kid with a whole cake to himself. She was awesome and had a great personality. I love everything about my experience. She helped me with smile the whole time. I felt like it was a commercial being recorded. If this is how you treat all your customers I see why your number one in storage.

Sabrina was awesome. When I moved in, they were a lot of discrepancies of my account and she made sure to get me taken care of. I definitely recommend coming to this location. If you need to hold any property, she will always make sure she takes care of the customer definitely coming back because of her.
