Thank you to Latrice as she was helpful with getting me into my unit. She made sure I had all the tools needed as I was moving in at the last minute in a panic. Very direct and to the point with the rules and regulations which made my move in so much easier and smooth. Bonus was her great personality and attitude to me as a new customer.

Thank you Maurice who was very professional. I had some issues with the lock mechanism but he did correct what we thought was the issue. He offered me another unit I decided to stay in the original unit after moving for 6 hours. But again he was very professional. On the other hand please dump the dumpster on a regular basis it makes the property looks unkept! The cart I used was very terrible you may just need to change the wheels!!

Maurice is very helpful. He is honest and direct. The procedure was streamlined and easy. Update as of 2/21: While Maurice was great and the staff pleasant, it's been a nightmare with their computer system errors. They have turned off my autopay, charged me fees, still take payments out, put locks on and made legal threats, all within the first month! After solving their computer errors, they came back again in February. Now I'm waiting for them to refund the fees after they made me restart autopay again. It's a nightmare. Update 2/22: They have refunded the fees as of yesterday. Hoping. that from this point on all goes well. Will continue to update.
