The facilities is clean the bathrooms clean she allowed me to use the restroom every time I enter the facility and I just want to give her a review because she’s a wonderful person especially helping me get my storage unit she need to be recognized for all her hard work.

She is definitely an asset to the Public Storage organization. Kayla was kind as well but I worked with Kimberly and she rocks!!!!

This is supposed to be a climate controlled facility, but I went to this facility yesterday to help my step father clean out his unit and it was colder inside the facility than it was outside (and it was in the 40s outside). No notices were posted to give any indication that there were/are issues with the heating system. It was the most miserable experience I've had at a "climate controlled" storage facility. We couldn't even finish what we went there to do because it was so cold.
