Useless and clueless management and zero customer support. Absolutely terrible layout. Don’t rent here. I highlyyy suggest looking elsewhere. They charge $20 per month just to access the facility 24/7 but if you upgrade you won’t have access and they don’t have any customer support. I mean that. It’s one of those fake phone loops. Truly trust me, it’s not worth the headache.

Staff on site are great. However upper management seems AWOL. Elevator to access upper floors has been out of commission for a week now! And no remedy in sight. Communication with any help is impossible, all you can do is leave a message. Chat is useless. Unfortunate because they were more affordable than others but service seems poor.

Initially, when I rented the space the price was under promotion. Ok, I understand, when promotion has been over you increase the price by almost 60%. Then during same year( so they increase in March, now starting from Decemberthey are increasing by another 30% and 100% from initialpromotion price.) I'll contact with them during this week, if they're not at least keep the price, I'll do my business with next door company.

I called in to inquire about a space and was immediately offered to come in and look at both a 5x10 and a 10x10! The location was clean, the property manager Michaela was professional, thorough, offered to start my rental reservation but I have to speak with my business colleagues first. She is the right person for the job because I asked many questions when inquiring about my business
