This is one of the cleanest storage units we have encountered. As a military family we sometimes have needed to store our belongings before finding a home. When we arrived Ashley was not only informative but very attentive to our move in. She even assisted in obtaining a second unit. This has been an amazing experience

Got a weirdly aggressive and unprofessional text, receiving a final warning for something I didn’t do. However, they did follow up and apologize. Although I don't think "how" it was sent was excusable, I understand there was some urgency. I have no qualms and will continue to use their services. I would just suggest avoiding accusatory / aggressive language when communicating with customers in general. Some people are sensitive to unnecessary criticisms (me). 3.5/5

Very clean facility, prompt service. No auto attendant, I got to speak to a real person to help get the unit needed.

Ashley has always been the person to deal with here in Belcamp. She will listen to the problem and work with you to resolve it. I've had very few issues with Storage King in Belcamp, and when I do, its nice to now Ashley is there to work the issue out. Many Thanks !
