I reserved my storage unit online which was a very easy and smooth process. I went down to the facility to pick up my key and was greeted by Stephanie with a smile and a genuine feeling that I was welcome and appreciated. The check in process was very smooth with easy instructions on how to access the unit. I had a small glitch with the lock and Stephanie came up right away and figured out that the lock was a little too stiff and she quickly assigned me a new unit and I was on my way in quickly. Stephanie thoroughly explained how to get into the building and even explained the normal office hours and the building hours. The facility is very clean and well lit so I feel very comfortable going to my unit alone. Thank you Stephanie for being such a welcoming and proficient company representative. So far, I highly recommend this location.

We had an excellent experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The entire property is exceptionally clean, well lit, and fully climate controlled, which gave us great peace of mind knowing our belongings were in a safe environment. The air quality was fresh with no odors. The elevators are large and easy to use, making the process of moving items in and out smooth, no matter the size. We initially rented a 10' x 20' unit and later downsized to a 10' x 10' unit. The staff made the transition simple and stress-free. Speaking of staff, they were always friendly, professional, and very helpful, answering questions promptly and going out of their way to assist us. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. This facility combines security, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing storage, especially for longer-term use.

The storage facility is very clean and the climate control is a very nice feature too. It is nice and warm in the winter. The building is fully secure and there are many cameras to protect the facility and your belongings. The staff is very nice and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Deceptive pricing. (1/2026 Update) After working with a local agent, I moved my entire unit a few dozen steps down the hallway for the (still current) price of $74. Like clockwork, after three months, I receive the "You're not a loyal customer" postcards telling me my new rate will be $153. Again, doubling the rate with 32 days notice. There's nothing new or improved, and I'm not getting double the value. I just represent a wasted opportunity if I'm not squeezed to increase shareholder value. Line go ever up. Well, not to worry. There's a unit at a competing location that promises in writing not to increase the rate more than 20%, and only once per year. Not every three months, not 100%, and not based on nothing. Laater Extra Space. What a joke of an enshittified company. (10/2025) My rate increased more than double to $153. The current price for my same size unit lists at $74. I called and was told that they advertise lower rates for new customers, but "routinely review rates" and would increase that "introductory" rate too. Classic deceptive pricing. There is no ethical reason to charge more than double to loyal customers and give short term and new customers the "attractive" rate. This is pricing fraud. That said, the staff at the location I rent from is exemplary. It's not their fault their corporate overlords suck.

The lady at the front desk has a beautiful attitude and left me with a smile. A storage space is a storage place but its that customer interaction that makes it valued. I will be going in to pay my bill everytime and leave with a free smile and a laugh!!
