He was very accommodating and able to answer all my questions. I was able to move right into a climate controlled unit this weekend. Thank you for everything! I needed just a short term, small space storage for an upcoming kitchen remodel. Worked with Tom to size and price the right unit, got set up the same day and the move in was easy. Access was simple and secure. The move out a couple months later was equally simple, having run into Tom at the site while clearing out, he was able to get me checked out and the account closed out that day. Will definitely use Prime on Industrial Ave, Saco again as we continue our work. Clean, easy access, even with a pickup and 16' trailer. Worked out great.
