Horrible. I rented a storage to place a vehicle. I came back with the vehicle and could not store the vehicle due to the storage being up against a fence. Not to mention y'all grass along the fence line and mud. So I stated to the young lady and her boyfriend that I could not place my vehicle in their storage. They didn't even want to reimburse me. I didn't even use the unit and they charged me 120. Finally they called the manager to give me my money back, he agreed and they still tried to give me only 88 bucks back. Wow this girl seems as though she's on drugs and also her boyfriend. The owner was ok I'm still waiting on my money back though. But I would not recommend this place as long as the owner has these two running their facility. BEWARE.
GregAndCindy SteyerManager is always very responsive. Have been a long term renter thru the years dealing with flood recovery, then college kids coming & going w/ changing needs for furnishing apartments, etc. Tidy place.
D SGuaranteed lowest price - don't believe it. Quoted price was the highest of all the places I called, $15/month more than I'm currently paying at LifeStorage and $35/month higher than comparable facilities in the area.

Angel PalazzoloThe other management people were on there game these new managers will not answer a text email or voicemail they are always closed I've been trying to pay my bill for 2 days now I'm standing outside this place at 430 pm & they are closed yesterday I'm calling them at 425 pm & they are closed when it says they close at 5pm this is RIDICULOUS !!!
