Very helpful and professional! Even when I couldn’t get into the storage, they cut the lock with no problem. Being available on the weekends for extended hours is definitely a plus. Rochelle’s customer service skills should be taught across the board! She is the absolute best. I’m in Georgia and had absolutely no issues getting the storage unit.
