My experience with them overall was horrible. They stated it was on month free which was a lie. They never said that you have to move in on the first of the month to get the promotion. So I think it was the 27 or the 28th when I got the storage it was basically 2 or 3 days free. The manger always trying to sell your unit no matter what your situation is. He has the worst attitude. One day i was calling them no answered and I drove up there. There were three people in the office none was clients they all claimed they were in a meeting. The only problem is that I took sick and couldn’t pay the fee but I kept in contact with the manager long story short my storage went up for auction. All I asked was for my kids and my social security cards and birth certificates that were left in there. The manager claimed that they are supposed to return it. Here is three months later I still haven’t gotten any of personal information back. This should be against the law for people to keep our personal information. He didn’t even try to contact whoever brought. I still have all the emails too

They charged us a crazy late fee plus they had rats and roaches all in the unit when we finally got our things. When we told them about it they said oh the rats should be gone by now. They chewed holes in all my clothes and bags. Do not rent here. They are rude as hell. They nasty nasty nasty here

Horrible service 😔 the manager has a bad attitude and tries to auction your belongings the min you miss a payment! Be aware if going through a tough time they will try and keep your stuff!!!!
