All of my photography equipment and industrial machines were stolen from my storage thru the wall of the adjacent storage that was left open. ** shown on the pictures ** Per my paperwork, I was responsible for not having rental insurance even tho my storage unit was locked and secure from the outside. Another individual that I converse with had all of her family heirlooms, vintage pieces, great grandparents war medals and family pictures of relatives that were deceased stolen. Unlike mine, her items were things that couldn't be replaced. Someone carved a hole in the side wall of her storage and went in thru an unit that was open.

Horrible never answer the phone and the office is never open. When you finally get someone on the phone they are unable to answer questions. When asking to speak with a manager they tell you the manager will email you instead.
