This place is one of the best storage units I've ever had. The security is on point and the dude that runs it Jake is one hell of a dude!! He single handedly keeps the place running ship shape. Not only is it climate controlled it's also very very clean!! Hands down best damn storage in all of Louisville!!! 😊

Signed up online and that process was very easy. Instructions to access the unit came via email and I was able to get inside and to the unit with no issues. Unit and facility were clean and well lit. Would recommend!

Not bad for a self storage place. The facility is clean and climate controlled and I haven't had any bug issues. I signed up 100% online and had to call to get the access code. After over 20 minutes on hold to talk to someone, I had the code in a jiffy. The gate to access 2 of the 3 doors stops working once the dude that works there leaves for the day. So while it is still technically available to you, everyone has to use one door. Hasn't been a big deal breaker for me since I am usually just running in to grab something or add something. It was definitely the cheapest around but they don't tell you insurance is required. So, my $26 unit costs me $41 a month. I could shop around for cheaper insurance, but there aren't many options. Just wish I knew that up front since the only reason I went with them was they were so much cheaper than the other places. It's still cheaper even with the insurance. Overall, you get what you pay for. I've been there two months and can't say I regret it.

I am very impressed at how clean the grounds and facility are. This place is awesome! Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable about the storage facility. He answered any questions or concerns I had. He put my mind at ease, because I have rented units at some very bad places before. If your looking for a unit, I would definitely suggest go store it on gold Smith lane. Jake is the best!
