Even when the facility is busy, she maintains a high level of professionalism and ensures every detail is handled. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to outstanding customer service. I have never in my entire life received such deplorable customer service! The woman at the desk was highly unprofessional and quite rude. I bought a unit on the 15th of October for $ 64 dollars. I was told it was a 30 day lease. I came today to get all of my things out of storage as my renovations were done and I wouldn’t be needing it anymore. I was then locked into the complex with my infant in the car. When I went to the front to figure out why I couldn’t get out the women proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay $50 to get the gate open. When I started to ask questions she began to speak to me as though I was an illiterate child, calling me a free loader for expecting 5 free days of my unit. I told her I was more then happy to pay for the 5 days but I was very confused because I has not been there a full month to which she that I must not be capable of reading because the contact stated rent was due on the first of the month. When I asked her why she told me it was a 30 day lease if it was in fact only 15 days she got very aggressive. I ended up paying the fee so I could get my child home and was then told that I had to be out of the unit tomorrow. Even after paying for this entire month. I paid over a hundred dollars to be belittled and chastised for a unit I was only allowed to have for 20 days?

Unit was in ok shape, however previous renter left items. Alerted manager about it and didn’t seem to care it was dirty and had multiple items left. I swept it out and had to deal with old items myself. After closing out my account, it seems there is new management and seemed much more professional. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is new manager seems to be turning things around.
