Besides the maze in the beginning trying to find my unit ...the facility is awesome..there's is a lot of space with no hassle of dealing with people in ur way and having elevators is really convenient and makes it way easier being able to access my unit anytime of the day with no stressor any problems at all I highly recommend getting ur unit here 10stars I say...all in all great place ..plenty security

On the surface the price was good but then they add a $30 administrative fee and then $12 minimum for insurance which isn't stated upfront and doesn't seem that other storage facilities charge an administrative fee. The facility is in a good location, very modern and clean. My biggest problem is the customer service and communication. They tell yoy to bring your reservation confirmation and I'd making it seem like there is staff on-site that will look at your paperwork and I would assume help you when you arrive. Upon arrival, you find out that the site is managed remotely and there is nobody to review your paperwork, explain anything or tell you even where your unit is. I realized after some searching that they had sent emails from 2 different email addresses and one of them had poorly explained instructions for downloading the app and accessing your unit. There is no map so we wandered up and down hallways for quite awhile looking for our unit (the units are not numbered in a logical order that we saw). Once all of that was figured out, everything went great. We saw several other people who were trying to figure it out while we were there so maybe having somebody on site for busy times would be helpful.
