I was a customer of the previous owners before they sold it. When lighthouse bought it out, they definitely Fixed up the place, because it needed it. Good on them for that. But when they did, so, they added on as many storage units as they could possibly fit onto the property. This has made it very cramped, especially for larger vehicles. They also keep upping the rent. I assume it’s comparable to anywhere else, but as soon as they bought it, they upped it. That was to be expected, given the remodeling. Well, Within the past few months, They increased the rent once again. Oh well. Also, their inside kiosk is pretty much always down. So expect to be paying online. That said, the staff/customer service is pretty friendly. To sum it up, the place looks nice, and they definitely fixed it up, but No longer the cheapest place, and pretty cramped to drive-through. Edit to add they also keep bumping the rent up. It's went up 3 or 4 times now since they bought it out. Still reasonable for now but if they bump it one more time I'm probably gunna find somewhere else.

The rental process online was extremely easy and very clear instructions. Also Janine was very nice and helpful and promptly called me after the online process was finished to verify everything. So a 100% pleasant experience. Thanks lighthouse and Janine. Keep up the good work.
