Looks to me like SROA has been actively encouraging customers to leave a 5 star Google review for this location. Which is fine. It's just strange that my experience at the facility (as well as the experiences of almost every other current or former customer that I've ever spoken to) barely warrants 1 star. And the employee I always run into there has the social skills of... I won't elaborate. There are countless other storage facilities in Terre Haute that offer similarly priced units. Do yourself a favor and rent one of those.

My storage got broken in 2 months after I rent it. The gate was also broken (wide open, the gate blocker was teared down), which means anyone can get in without password. Meanwhile, my storage was added additional locks (there are two red locks on my door at that point, one cause it was broken in; my old lock was gone so they added a new one, the other is because my payment wasn't processed through cause their online system crashed). I called them to pay my bill, but they can't process it either cause its their online system that crashed down, not my payment problem. They let me wait until their system went back normal, which they themselves don't have a clue when. One week after, I asked them when can they fix their front gate so no strangers can get in. Then, they tell me they still don't know. After all, they don't seem to care about things stored inside your units. The front gate is still wide open :). Avoid this place by all means if you have other choice.

I’ve had my unit broken into. The lock was cut. When speaking to other people about this place, they have had the same issue. I do believe that people in Terre Haute target this area. Response to RED DOT: I filed a claim over a week ago without resolve. Ive filed a police report. Thank you but I'm sure you can not do anything past that.
