I had a great first encounter! I accidentally went to the wrong location so the employee led me by car all the way to the correct location. He informed me on everything that I needed to know like how to open the gate, where my unit is, and how to close up. I also had to be on the phone with customer service at one point and they were very nice & helpful too! Absolutely recommend storing at their facility.
