Sarah the manager of ExtraSpace Storage was on top of everything! She had been off a few days and someone else readied the unit. When I stopped in to finalize a couple of things she was most helpful! I felt they really watched their (my ) unit. I hope not to move again, but would have no problem recommending them for that extra space you immediately need!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a storage unit. The website was easy to use. I was billed exactly what it said I would be billed. The unit was clean (all except some friendly spiders), even the move out was super easy. No stupid guidelines to follow just 3 simple steps. If I ever need to store stuff again I will definitely use them!!!!

Called about bill increase and the lady I talked to was very polite and professional and helped me with it quickly. Told me it happens again to just call her and she can always work with me
