Brand new facility that is very clean and indoors with climate control. 24-hour access to my unit is convenient. I had to call customer service to rent a unit, as I had questions that were not answered on the website and the website was not initially user-friendly. I attribute that to the facility being so new and maybe everything was not completely set up yet on the website for this location. There were minor issues with moving in (as I was initially assigned a unit with large vent pipes) but when I called customer service I was able to speak with a person who was friendly and helpful, assigning a different unit immediately. Automatic payments are helpful so I don’t have to worry about remembering to pay rent each month. They were also very quick in reviewing my own homeowner insurance policy to be able to use that for their required insurance coverage.

This is a new facility and sign up online was really simple. Great rates for what they're offering. My only issue is that I had to use the back/side door for entry and it feels a little spooky on that side so I won't be going at night. I had no issues when I called to ask a question, someone answered very quickly. A lock came with the rental which I didnt expect, an added bonus! Im so grateful to have a temperature controlled indoor facility for storage! When you first get to your new unit, there will be a green tag to twist off. This was new to me so I didnt know ahead of time what to do. They helped and explained it to me no problems at all!
