Jesse was very professional and helpful to open my storage shed door that hadn’t been opened in 30 years or so. I’m only giving 4 stars now because the door hasn’t been fixed just yet but will update when it has. Edit: after door was fixed it was very easy to open. Thank you again for all your help.

I have called your customer support number many times over the last week. It literally just takes you in a loop, I have yet to reach a customer service rep. When I click your live chat it says the que is too long to chat with a rep. I’ve called the local storage place and left msgs nobody ever calls me back. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I literally can not speak to any of your reps despite having multiple forms of contact.

Great units, was able to setup with little/no waiting on a person. The system made it easy but contacting support was a breeze if/when needed. Couldn't ask for better for a simple storage option.
