Luckily I couldn't access my storage to put my things in it before dealing with... no access(could get in where people's rv's and the other businesses are but not where my unit is), no one answering calls, get phone call returned from call center(all nice people) and they can't get ahold of anyone either, they put in a ticket for access. Next day I'm at the front door between 10:30 and 11:30 on the phone getting everything refunded. Just... wow. Complete waste of time. Should have checked the reviews harder
Aleissa RichmondBest storage place ive been too so far yeah looks like a run down building but its clean and not overly pricey and alot more convenient for those who are older and need stuff stored i can drive my car to my unit unload and go about my day security is very well so I feel like my belongings are in a safe space And Neil was very kind and informative on helping me set it up They help make getting storage simple and feel safe so looking forward to buisness in future
