I won a storage auction on a past due unit, I emptied it out within 24 of 72 hours alotted and turned in picture proof of it clean. It's been almost a month and I still have not received my cleaning deposit back. I've contacted them and they never called me back like they said after they would look into it.
vonda RagerShould be able to make an online payment even if I'm over 30 days past due. It shouldn't be a problem as long as I'm paying a month's payment ( plus any fees). Frustrating
