If you are planning to rent across multiple months, it is recommended to pay for a unit for a few months in advance, as you will be able to lock in a specific rate for the rented unit in case there is a general price increase. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Extra Space Storage!

My unit here items were damaged severely I paid for a climate control unit and only had my storage for about 9 months and had mold all over my items!!!! With NO COMPENSATION towards this inconvenience and paid almost 300$ a month for my unit
