My experience with KO Storage has been excellent! I rent in Brownsburg IN. The management team is very good to work with, and customer service is always helpful, efficient and friendly. Their is a part time employee on staff till noon, unless his hours increased, and he is also a delightful person. I have greatest respect these days, for a company where the system and the people in it functions normally, like a good business, a professional business, a business that prioritizes care of its customers; you can't expect that anymore. What used to be predictable good business practice is now the exception, not the rule. And so, when you find the rare treasure working well, you reciprocate, by writing glowing, well deserved and earned reviews, gladly paying your bills on time, treating the company, in this case, KO Storage with mutual, logical and kind heartfelt respect. Very pleased with their service! I've experienced bad storage service in the past, and by contrast, KO Storage has been the best, magnificently outperforming all competitors, and that's how loyalty happens.

first time renter here, even tho it's a self service location, booking and paying was done easily , Maibel was great help over the phone with setting up the account and choosing the right size unit, even gave me the gate access code right away, seems like a good place to store one's stuff. better than public storage for sure, hopefully will remain a tenant [customer] for years to come.
