I'm currently renting a small space for business records from U.S. Storage in Wilmette, IL. The facility is very good, with friendly staff, fair prices, and good after-hours access. Tucked into an industrial lot behind a residential neighborhood near the Lake Ave. exit off the Edens Expressway (I-94), it's super convenient for people in western Wilmette, southeastern Glenview and northwestern Skokie. It's not the newest and shiniest, but they do a good job at storing stuff. Say hi to Jada; she does a great job managing it.

Jayda at US Storage Center Wilmette has consistently been so awesome during the last several months of my chaotic move. She has helped me immensely with multiple units and a parking spot, amidst some issues on my end that she smoothed out and followed up with me on, after hours. Jayda’s been so kind and compassionate and I’m grateful for her support.

Been a customer here for a while . I Always go to office to pay and Jayda is always very helpful. They also have supply tape boxes etc.. Very recomended . Also when snows they keep clean the area

Do not store here. I stored here for a year and a manager that they fired for running a scam and having me store my RV in an unofficial spot, for a year! So then next manager then had me towed (which damaged my RV) to the tune of over $3500, after never calling or emailing me, when I was a contract client under their contract. Never seen callous treatment like this, lawsuit coming. October 2025.
