It's close to my new home and had the perfect 10'x 20' unit. Slowly but surely I moved quite a bit stuff to my new home. Yesterday I called Extra Space Storage looking to down size. I spoke with Unata and she fixed me up with a 10'x 10' unit that was perfect! My daughter and I moved everything into the new unit. I spoke again this morning with Unata . Very cheap price to start out but continually raised their monthly rates. I knew that would happen, just didn’t expect I’d be paying 2x as much after less than a year and then continued to increase the rate. No incentive/discount given even after 2+ years
