Super fast & easy
It was super easy finding a location that worked for us. And then signing up went super fast and easy, but for some reason, it would not accept a Debit or a Credit card. I did it over and over, re-checked my numbers, everything! It kept pulling up an "error" . Strangely though, i received a "confirmation" on my reservation, so i'm thinking it went through.

I appreciate the fact they don't require upfront pymt before you see the facility and also they called to confirm a day for you to come see the site, very pleasant on site manager

The lady who was on site at the store was great (I cannot remember her name). There was a lot of traffic in the store and she handled it well. Jessica was my on-line service agent and she was also excellent
