Sarita, she is very nice and kind and patiently explained everything to me. I rented storage before I saw other customers not happy about rent. And upset about her. When you sign the contract you need to read and understand that. Not understand ask for help. Sarita is doing her job she just following public storage what tell her to do. As a customer we need to understand they just do the job follow company rules.
