I had the pleasure of working with Kayla and Mike at Public Storage, and they were both absolutely wonderful! Kayla has been such a sweetheart—so friendly and helpful every step of the way. Mike was great too. Both were professional, kind, and made the whole process easy for my husband and me. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location!

Awful customer service! Moved out 5 days before the end of month and tried calling to cancel, left 5 messages with no response no reply. There’s no one on site. Had to go back to location and use kiosk, but since the new month had already started and was billed, got stuck paying another month even though the unit is empty. They don’t care about you! They just want your money!!!! I’ll never use Public Storage again!!!!!!

Everyone at this Public Storage location has been extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. My unit is as promised, no hidden charges. Owners are attentive. I would rent from this facility again. I have dealt with both Mike and Kayla and they have both been great:

I was worried my payment didn't process on the day it was supposed to, so I called the number, and I spoke to Mike. He told me to not worry, and that the auto-payment should go through on the 2nd day of July. So today is July 2, and I looked at my app and the payment still hadn't gone through yet. I called, left a vm and Mike called me back within 10 mins. He said he would look into this for me, and to not turn off the auto-pay to make a payment in fear I might be charged twice. As soon as I hung up with him, I looked at the App again, and this time it showed that the payment went through! I was so happy, and called him back to let him know. I appreciate him and the excellent customer service he provided!
