They Then Tell You The Amount Increases Every 4 To 6 Months. They Dont Tell You That When You First Set Up Your Account With Them, For Obvious Reasons. Be Aware.

I have dealt with this company since the merger of Life Storage and Cube Storage. Now that the existing company is Extra Storage, I have encountered some deficiencies of service, such as pricing and lack of dollies and dumpers. I must acknowledge, though, that their employees constantly assist in making sure the transactions are successful, which is why I still patronize their company. I would like to send a special shout-out to Mr. Willie and Mr. Levine! I hope this business recognizes their professionalism and gives them KUDOS for the services they are doing.

I have no complaints! My experience at this facility was awesome. The facility was nice and clean. And I dealt with Levine during sign up and move out and I can’t say enough good things about him. After explaining that I needed storage for my mom’s belongings, as we were transitioning her out of her apartment , he became very empathetic, understanding and informative which made the process much easier. If I ever needed these services again, I would choose this facility hands down!
