Facility Overview & What to Expect
Verified Customer Reviews
I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to A’lea Murphy. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely helpful attitude. I wasn’t sure what unit size I needed, but A’lea took the time to walk me through different options, explain the differences, and help me choose the perfect size for my needs without any pressure. She answered all my questions clearly, provided honest recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service that is both friendly and knowledgeable, and A’lea truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate her outstanding support and highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance, she made my entire storage experience easy and enjoyable.
Stored my items there for about 4 months figuring out other steps in life. A’Lea is amazing and the units are so nice and clean and secure. If I need units again in this area I’ll for sure be back!
I rented a storage space here to park my car while I’m away. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They even lent me tools to clear the snow in front of my unit, which I really appreciated. The facility feels safe, clean, and well managed. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it!
I started out renting a storage unit for $67/month but after a few months they almost doubled monthly rent. My mom said they did the same thing to her before too. When I saw $67 a month I thought it meant $67 a month, not $67 for the first three months. I got stuck renting a storage unit I could no longer afford because I had no way to move my stuff to a new storage unit. It seems like their business strategy is to reel people in with low prices and raise them extremely high after a few months in hopes that nobody will want to move everything back out of their storage unit at that point.
Everyone was very nice throughout the whole process. A lot of mix ups, miscommunication, and mistakes but genuine effort made to stay positive and apologetic for the continued problems. Everyone but the DM seemed uninformed, unsure and lacked basic knowledge on how to handle any of the issues. An improved focus on preparation, attention to detail and making customer satisfaction a priority would definitely help. But I did appreciate their genuine desire to maintain professional and polite attitudes.
