I found this Cubesmart for my storage place! Rates are good, and they had the large space i needed. Quita, the manager, is the best part! super friendly. She was on top of things. Thank you! They made everything easy and stress-free. I’ll control everything via the app while I am away. 5 stars!

First let me say Maria is a very kind woman and associate. She did a great job receiving my documents, entered online, to copy and enter into my record. Prior to my being blessed to work with Maria, however, I had to deal with another worker who threatened to cancel my reservation simply because I completed my registration and payment online, having been sent a link by the company to do so. My impression is 1) that worker has no business in customer service. Period. She was wildly unprofessional, demeaning, and insulting and spoke over me over the phone. 2) since the company requires documents to be brought in in-person, they should not send automatic links for customers to fill out registration and submit payment online, ESPECIALLY if they are going to employee such off the chain workers!

Smooth and easy, at 1st I was met with an attitude and aggravation from the employee or manager, not sure of her title. I arrived 15 minutes to close because I was coming an hour away, and traffic in Atlanta is always INSANE and unpredictable, she said she had paperwork to do and basically didn’t want to make time for me. But I kept my cool, she showed me my unit, it went smooth after that. She felt bad and apologized

Easy to sign up but the website did not mention I had to bring in my vehicle registration and insurance card. Very inconvenient. Also, I was not able to get a discount because I was a previous customer 5 years ago. This was not made clear in the Terms and Conditions.

Was away during Thanksgiving and my payment was due. I tried making it online...wouldn't connect. Said it couldn't locate my account. I called the office and left a voice message...no return call. Long story short I went past my "grace period by 1 day" and when I went to office to pay in person I showed rep my attempts to pay online and phone call record to try and get a 1 time credit of late fees ($77.00 so not a small amount) I have been making payments of $367/mo and you would think they would want to keep my business but I was told that "they don't ever credit a late fee" I called Adam at District to question this and guess what...NEVER even received a return call. Stay away from this company.. I am moving out as soon as I can get some help loading it up
