If I could do less stars I would. I am so disappointed with this company. To have found my items COVERED in Rat feces today is beyond me. Sentimental items covered in mold && mildew. I have been a loyal renter to Compass for nearly 3-4 years now. The rate continuously increasing every 3 months, they reel you in with fairly low prices only to screw you later. To pay $200 for a small standard unit (10x10) maybe even smaller.. is ridiculous. The management company didn’t even offer any compensation other than advising me to remove my items before the next rent is due to avoid being charged again. Most of those items will have to be dumped due to the possible DISEASES the feces may carry. They force you to pay insurance in order to rent with them but that isn’t much help either. The insurance companies sub limit for “Vermin matter” is only $500. This won’t even begin to cover half of the items that were in my unit. A Baby crib, Bassinet, Mattress, expensive purses etc… ALL RUINED. All items that I planned on USING AGAIN! Not only am I having to come && rush to remove my items but now I have to pay someone to remove these items for me BECAUSE I REFUSE TO whilst covered in RAT POOP! However, for those wondering. I did purchase the Climate Controlled unit upon my move in assuming that would make some sort of difference but not at all. I could tell there had been an infestation before even entering my unit today. There was feces all along the hallway leading to the units. Just go anywhere but here..

Everything is going seamlessly. But recently, I have not been able to access the payment link when I call in to make my monthly installment. Please please reinstate that capability so that I don’t have to pay my bill with a representative. It takes time and is a bit frustrating since I was used to being able to pay quite quickly previously. But otherwise, thank you for everything you do.
