Horrible. I called 6 weeks in advance to let KO storage I will be moving my belongings out by 10.31.25. Moved out and cleaned out storage unit 10.30.25. Called the next day to ensure I would not be billed again. Esteban from KO sent me an email to send photos of the unit I took the night before. I did that right away on the 31st. Recieved an email from KO stating move out complete and a receipt. Next day Nov 1st I was charged 240.00 for that month. Wth. Called KO again spoke with the rudest person who pit me on hold for 10 min then hung up. My money has not been refunded. Reporting this to my bank as fraud and sketchy business practices. Next time I will just buy a shed. Less BS for sure.

After I took a load of stuff over to my storage unit, I had to go hunt down a cylinder lock because I didn’t realize I rented a storage unit that required it. This was the first time I’d ever seen one like it. Talked to a couple of representatives who were very friendly on the phone that mentioned going to a local hardware store (Ace Hardware) or Home Depot. Went to both places and they didn’t have one. I ended up going to 2 storage facilities in Covington and luckily the 2nd location had some for sale on the shelf. If you end up renting a unit from this place online, make sure you choose the other option for padlock or find your cylinder lock ahead of time. Other than that it’s a nice clean facility and reasonably priced.

Can't seem to get a call back from onsite management! Going on two months.Called online services and they can't reach He/ She either and will not provide me with a direct number! Needing to move out!
