Don't Rent from them. No customer service. I'm only 1 month behind. I asked could I pay for last month. They said no. They just take your hard earned money. You are foolish. No corporate office. They talk to you so disrespectful. DONT PUT YOUR STUFF. You will loose it because they just making money off of lien fees and late fees.

Today, I used the video screen at the storage facility (since I prefer direct contact with US based staff v offshore phone reps). Katie has been so easy and pleasant to work with. She seems very caring and is a good listener. She resolved my latest issue quickly and professionally. I am very grateful to Katie.
