Good price. Ease of order. Unfortunately you can't pick your unit so if you want to move to a new or bigger unit you can not do so on the app or online which is not convenient.

Positives: The facility is great. The buildings are well lit and don't feel creepy. There is plenty of parking and a loading dock that accommodates big moving trucks down to cars, all with an appropriate height to load and unload any size vehicle. Renting a unit online is simple and straightforward. A welcome kit was inside my unit waiting for me when I arrived to move in, didn't even need to stop in at the office. My favorite thing...they have a 10' x 5' unit that is WIDE and SHALLOW- easy to load in, rearrange, and access contents later. I like it so much better than the 5' x 10' which is long and narrow. Two BIG negatives: The bathroom is locked at all times. This facility has multiple buildings, so going to the office to get a key is VERY inconvenient. This brings me to the 2nd negative...twice, the office has been locked up and void of any staff during regular business hours. Both times we needed access to the locked bathroom and found an empty, locked office as well. So, the customer service side of things is really lacking in my opinion. Too bad, because the facility itself is really terrific.

This location is awesome. It is was a seamless process renting a unit. I found the lady at the desk very knowledgeable and cordial. I think her name was Evelyn. I’m from up north and this was the best experience of southern hospitality I have experienced so far. Customer service is my number one pet peeve so I was pleasantly surprised. Will recommend this location to my friends and family.
